Capture photo
Snap a photo of the area of concern with your mobile phone and we’ll know where it is from the image data. No photos are stored on your device and no sign up is required to login.
Submit request
Select the appropriate category from the drop-down menu to let us know what the issue is. Then just hit Submit and your service request will be on its way!
Work in progress
If you entered your email you will receive updates when the service request is Pending, In-Progress and Completed. If you did not you can easily search the refrence number given to you to view its status.
What happens next?
It’s in our court and we’re prioritizing your request and taking action to help make our community better.
Use the reference number given to you to check the status anytime and/or receive auto updates via email and push notifications or through the Service City app.
